1. Read these before using the app

These Terms govern access to and use of the Naguebona digital platform (website, app and related services). By registering or using Naguebona you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old.

2. What Naguebona is (and is not)

Naguebona is a technology intermediary platform that connects passengers with independent taxi drivers (“drivers”). We are not a transportation company: the trip is provided by the driver, an independent contractor, who is responsible for their vehicle, documentation, required insurance, driving and compliance with Venezuelan law. Naguebona does not employ drivers and does not guarantee a maximum arrival time.

3. Accounts

To use most features you must create an account with accurate data (name, phone, email, national ID when requested). You are responsible for activity on your account and for protecting your password. One person, one account, unless Naguebona grants written authorization. We may suspend or close accounts for fraud, abuse, unpaid balances or Terms violations.

Identity verification may be required via Didit.me (“Compliance Flow”). Failure to complete or pass verification may limit or block access.

4. Rides, prices and payments

Quotes are shown in USD and charged in bolivars (Bs) at the FX rate used by the platform. Payment methods (Pago Móvil, card, cash when available) are subject to availability and operational rules. Cancellation fees may apply once a driver is assigned.

5. Conduct and safety

Users must behave respectfully. Arranging off-platform payments or rides to avoid fees may lead to suspension. Panic / incident tools must only be used for real emergencies.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Venezuelan law, Naguebona’s liability for platform operation is limited. The driver is responsible for the transport service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
